    This three-hour program will use a case study to allow participants to evaluate and implement a Strategic Plan in a group discussion with peers and interact with Global Golf Advisors (GGA) partners/staff. The session will give participants an outline of the case (Club overview) along with an executive summary of the Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan will highlight the benefits of the plan, impact to club performance, and the participants will need to extract key components of the plan for implementation. The participants will then develop a step-by-step process for implementation of the plan including what is required to gain acceptance from membership.
